rosette headband

I've been seeing these all over the blog world lately. I love headbands so I thought I would give it a try.

The tutorial I used was from Sew Hip Mama. Here is the link. I didn't follow it exactly, but pretty close.

Projects

I love headbands. I just do. However, I severly dislike the plastic ones that pinch my head. So, I always go for ribbon, elastic, or fabric ones. Here is my latest.

I used fabric that was left over from this skirt I made for Lena. I wanted to make her a black and white skirt because I want all of us to wear black and white in our family pics. The skirt is cute, but once I put it on her I realized I am not in love with skirts on little babies, I prefer dresses. She just has such shorty legs. I don't know.
